He was an excellent renter. Communication was great throughout the entire rental process, and he kept me updated on pickup and return times. Even when traffic caused slight delays, he always let me know in advance and stayed in touch. He was reliable, respectful, and very easy to coordinate with. I would be happy to rent to him again and highly recommend him to other ShareGrid owners.
