Overall positive experience. Renter returned my FX3 with two fingerprint marks on the sensor. I noted there will have to be a cleaning done by my local authorized repair center. No friction during that process in response to that. I understand that sometimes things like this happen, especially in a multicam shoot where the renter might not be the camera operator. Needless to say this renter made things right, which is exactly what good renters do when there is an issue, hence the positive feedback as opposed to negative.
