Pickup and returns went smoothly. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the entire process and I would rent again from Griswold Media. Underwater photography is always a bit of an art project but this housing was a bit more rickety than what we'd consider "production ready". If you're only doing video, you can leave the camera on record before sealing and you're good to go. If you want to do photos with discrete exposures, the trigger on the housing is too floppy to be relied on. The rental package with the camera and the housing is appropriately priced and will get you through your first couple of experimental underwater video shoots. If you're planning to do stills or you're being paid for the job, this might not be the package for you.
