Couldn't have gone smoother! Pickup, Dropoff, and everything in between went super smoothly - Kaleb was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with and there are lots of little quality-of-life touches that make the process better (like the QR code packing lists on the equipment boxes with itemized lists and photos of the equipment packed and unpacked)! Will rent again!
