The pick-up/drop-off was clearly communicated and promptly followed through, in addition to a positive trade-off interaction. All equipment was in working order and decently priced. She also adjusted the package based on the needs of my project.

She was super responsive, professional, and easy to coordinate with. She was super knowledgeable about the gear and was open to answer any questions.
