More than anyone I have ever rented to, I would trust Brandon with my gear. When he was returning a large order, he was completely forthcoming about a single bent thumb screw (that was easily bent back). There was no way I would have ever noticed if he hadn't said something. That is the kind of renter I want to send my gear out with.
