The pick up and drop were very easy, the gear was in great condition, and everything I needed was included ––very organized in the bag. I especially liked the fluid head and the V-Mount attachment for mounting below the camera, which was great for me (usually it's mounted on top and in the way of the buttons. Would happily rent from Artifact again.
