This was my first time using ShareGrid and Daniel at Backstory Studios made the entire process so easy. Excellent communication and very accommodating with pick up and drop off times, especially with my last-minute rental needs. I will definitely be back, and I recommend them to everyone.

Daniel was very responsive and accommodating. Walked me through the gear - I rented a Profoto speed light and a flash bracket. He walked me through the gear and made sure everything that was in the case. Batteries were fully charged and everything worked great. He accommodated me when I needed to drop off a day early and in the evening which I greatly appreciated. Will rent again!

Daniel at Backstory is a super pro. His gear was top quality and in excellent condition, he helped me figure out some customized lighting using his EQ, and took time to show me how to best set everything up. Great experience.
